Our officers can securely hold site keys, respond to alarm activations, conduct internal and external inspections where appropriate, secure premises and provide detailed incident reporting. This helps reduce the need for business owners or staff to attend potentially unsafe situations outside normal operating hours.

What happens if my alarm activates outside normal working hours?

If your premises are covered by our Key Holding & Alarm Response Service, a Castell Security officer can attend the site, investigate the cause of the activation, carry out security checks, liaise with emergency services if required and ensure the premises are secured before leaving.

A full attendance report can be provided following the incident.
