With more than 30 years of experience in the security industry, Martin brings a wealth of operational knowledge, leadership, and real-world experience to Castell Security Ltd.
A former military leader with an extensive background in Close Protection, frontline security operations, and specialist security environments, Martin has worked across a diverse range of sectors throughout the UK and internationally. His experience includes film and television productions, streaming productions, festivals, hospitality venues, holiday parks, commercial premises, high-profile events, and asset protection operations.
Martin’s depth of knowledge and practical experience is one of Castell Security Ltd’s greatest strengths. His understanding of security operations, risk management, planning, personnel management, and client requirements helps shape the professional standards, systems, and culture of the business.
