A Hands-On Management Team

Unlike many security providers, our directors are not solely office-based managers.

Both company directors hold frontline SIA licences and regularly work operational shifts alongside our teams. This hands-on approach ensures we remain connected to the realities of frontline security work and maintain the highest standards for our clients.

You will often see our management team working on-site, supporting staff, interacting with clients, and ensuring operations run smoothly. We firmly believe that effective leadership means being visible, approachable, and willing to lead by example.

Martin Crockett – Director

With more than 30 years of security industry experience, Martin brings extensive operational knowledge, leadership, and frontline experience to Castell Security Ltd.

A former military leader with a background in Close Protection and specialist security operations, His experience includes film and television productions, streaming productions, festivals, hospitality venues, holiday parks, commercial premises, high-profile events, and asset protection operations.

Through a hands-on approach and commitment to excellence, Martin continues to play a key role in ensuring Castell Security Ltd delivers reliable, professional, and customer-focused security solutions across Wales and the UK.

Ceri Crockett – Director

Ceri brings extensive experience across security operations, human resources, business administration, data analysis, compliance, and business development.

As Director of Castell Security Ltd, she plays a vital role in the day-to-day management and continued growth of the company. Her strong focus on customer service, staff welfare, operational efficiency, and compliance helps ensure that both clients and employees receive the highest level of support.
