Our Management Team
Managing our clients and ensuring their satisfaction is vital. We prefer a hands-on approach and leading from the front, therefore you will see one of the management team regularly working at your venue. We ensure our team is supported and empowered to carry out their duties to the highest standard. By being present and proactive, we create a culture of accountability and care that benefits both our clients and our staff.
Martin Crockett – Director
With over 25 years in the security industry on the front-line and in Close Protection, Martin brings a unique blend of a highly professional approach, and hands-on experience to Castell Security LTD. Having served as a military leader on the front line, he applies his experience to every aspect of his work. Martin has worked in a wide range of locations both in the UK and overseas including film shoots, festivals, clubs, pubs, holiday parks.
Ceri Crockett – Director
Ceri possesses a diverse skill set, spanning Security, HR, administration, data analysis and graphic design. This has been instrumental in establishing the company and shaping its distinctive brand identity. Ceri’s strong customer service skills and natural talent for people-facing roles ensure effective client engagement and smooth team collaboration.
Elwyn Jones – Operations Manager
Elwyn has over 17 years’ experience in the security industry, covering both front-line roles and close protection assignments. He possesses a natural ability to communicate with people effectively, which enables him to build strong rapport with clients and colleagues alike. Elwyn’s approachable manner, combined with his professional expertise, makes him an invaluable asset to the Castell Security LTD team.
