Watch Your Drinks!
Look, drink spiking does happen, especially when the place is busy. Don’t let your drink out of your sight—if you do, bin it and get a new one. Only take drinks from your mates or straight from the bar. A lot of venues offer drink covers or leave it with a friend. And if your mate’s acting weird or way drunker than they should be, stick with them. Let the door staff know ASAP (we are trained to deal with these situations).

Don’t Go Solo
Honestly, it’s way safer (and more fun) to stick with your crew. Plan how you’re getting there and back, and let someone know what you’re up to. Arrive together, leave together, and if you get split up, have a spot to meet. Stick to main roads, use proper taxis or ride apps, and keep your phone charged. If you need anything, just ask the door staff—we’re here to help.
Look Out for Each Other
Keep an eye on your mates. If something feels off, say something to us. Don’t forget the door staff are there to protect you and the venue staff. Nothing is too big or too small to approach us with.
If Stuff Goes Wrong
Don’t panic—come find the door staff straight away. Don’t leave anyone on their own, If you can, keep the dodgy drink for testing and jot down what happened.
Bottom line: We want you to have a top night and get home safe. Stick together, trust your gut, and if you need us, just shout.
